Louis XV Provincial Bureau Plat, 19th Century desk. A French country bureau plat desk in oak with inset tooled leather top, three drawers in the scalloped apron on slender cabriole legs over carved hoof feet. Bronze Chinoiserie drawer pulls and escutcheon. Original locks. Nicely paneled and finished on reverse with faux drawers to face into a room if required.
