Rare 18th Century Venetian Lacca Povera Valuables Table Top Cabinet - having two long drawers to the top and bottom of the cabinet, between which are eight short drawers flanking a central door behind which are four more secret drawers. Lock mechanisms in place. The crest having lacca povera decoration on the "roof" exterior over a molded cornice. This piece is an excellent example of period 18th Century Lacca Povera Work – having an abundance of delightful cutouts and decoration on nearly all surfaces.
